How you get the perfect gown with us

• We schedule an 1.5 hour appointment where you choose your gown style from our many samples. You can change  the sleeve, skirt or train length. You can add a belt, some decorations, etc.
• We recommend you bring the undergarment and shoes that will be worn with your gown for your first appointment.
• Once we agree on all customization aspects, we give you a price.  At this point you may request changes to match your budget.
• We order the gown to your measurements and customization choices. A down payment of 50% of the total cost is due at time of order, and the other 50% when the gown is picked up.
• Your customized gown will be made in 3-5 months (depending on the COVID-19 situation).
• Once it arrives, we schedule another appointment to make any final fittings.
